Hand Crafted, covered in black,white, and gray leopard print fabric and embellished with hot pink ribbon and hand cut and manipulated ostrich feathers, that's adorned with rhinestone trim. Head size is 23" and comes with an inside adjustable head band used for reducing the head size if needed.
